Proxies
Each task runs through a proxy from its proxy group, and sites see the proxy’s address, not yours. Good proxies matter more than almost anything else.
Add proxies
Section titled “Add proxies”Open Proxies, make a group with +, and paste your list, one proxy per line:
host:porthost:port:username:passwordTest (or Test All) loads a site through each proxy. It shows how fast each one answered, or why it failed.
What works best
Section titled “What works best”- US residential proxies for US sites. Many proxy plans send traffic out of other countries
unless you set a country, often with something like
country-usin the username. A US retailer seeing visitors from abroad is a strong reason for it to turn them away. - Sticky sessions. A proxy that changes address partway through a run can lose the task’s place, in a queue or mid sign-in. Use your provider’s sticky or session option.
- Spread out. Lots of tasks through one small pool means lots of tasks on the same few addresses. Bigger, more varied pools hold up better.
- Keep your drop proxies fresh. Test on cheap proxies, and save your best ones for the drop.
